Great team I can't be much of a help because I'm not familiar with teams made for double battles. I suggest you should put Leftovers on Amoonguss since that what people usually put with substitute. The only thing I would change is replace Psychic with Bug Buzz for the STAB but I'm guessing you put Psychic on him in case the opponent sends out a fighting type to kill Carracosta. Yeah that's a pretty good team and there won't be any Pokemon that can cast weather permanently if I remember correctly so yeah good luck at the Pokemon vgc this summer .

Summer medicinal and edible wild plants.?

I have studied wild plants that can be used for edible and medicinal purposes for quite some time now, but it's been mostly just studying and I haven't put much of anything to use. I tried harvesting some acorns in spring to make flour and get some tannin for medicine use, but realized they were all bad and have to be harvested in Fall. Pokemon black team help?

You have a pretty big fire weakness. Dragonite is the only one of those who could stand up to Infernape, Volcarona, Charizard, or Heatran. You also lack special attacks entirely save Gengar. I think you'd really benefit from a bulky water type pokemon like Milotic or Tentacruel. Otherwise your movesets are pretty solid. I'd reccomend Ice Shard over Ice Beam on Mamoswine, and possibly another move over Sandstorm since Metagross is your only other pokemon who benefits from Sandstorm.

Going to a chiropractor for shoulder weakness? Is she a quack or legit?

i tend to think that all chiropractors are quacks. I went to 2 within the past year and feel like i wasted tons of money. i should have just gone to an orthopedic doc in the first place and i could have saved myself a lot of time and money. the first chiropractor i went to took x rays and told me that the reason i was having lower back pain was because my spine needed aligned. so i continued to go and there was no change. in fact it got worse. i then went to a different chiro and that helped some but was not getting the results i wanted. when i went to the orthopedic dr they took x rays and an MRI. it sounds to me like you need an MRI so they know exactly what is going on with your muscles. it hink chiropractors can harm your injury even more. you cannot diagnose something just by looking at it. anyway, i found out that i have extreme spinal stenosis... and i would have never of found that out if i continued going to the chiro. an orthopedic dr will be able to tell you exactly what is wrong instead of telling you what they THINK may be wrong. and something like physical therapy may be better for you that being re aligned and so forth. hope i helped =) good luck

Yes. If you have a stiff neck, that's a serious problem. I was thinking it could be allergies at first, because those are some of the same symptoms I have when the pollen is bad but if you have a stiff neck and pain down your spine in addition to the rest you really should go see the doctor, a clinic, or even the hospital.

Haha, I would say so! Any regular exercise will help to tone and this seems more than adequate. If you eat everything in moderation, focus on getting plenty of protein, and replace your typical beverages with water you're guarenteed to see some changes to your build. By "cut" I assume you mean something a little more than just a little toning... So if you don't see drastic enough changes after 2 weeks or so then add some more muscle-building exercises to your regiment. Just don't forget to eat right and drink lots of water everyday!

Also, your Pokemon all temporarily go to level 50. Lilligant is a huge weakness on a team. All waters know ice moves, so I'd say you should go with the reliable Fighting type, Mienshao. I'll give Lilligant moves, and Mienshau. Lilligant: Quiver Dance to raise three stats at once, making it faster, stronger (Sp.Attack), and bulkier (Sp.Defense). Petal Dance, okay move, won't confuse with Own Tempo. Bad thing is, you get revenge killed easy, or give up a swap to a Fire type that kills you while you do squat. Energy Ball cause it doesn't uve the commitment. Last, but not least it gets Giga Drain for STAB recovery. Mienshao: First thing first, its ability is Regenerator. It evolves from Mienfoo. Mienshao should know U-Turn, to super effective hit Phsychic types, an regain some HP. Drain Punch to regain HP. Hi-Jump Kick as your main attack. And Brick Break for its reliability. Galvantula: Not to-shabby offensively, a piece of crap defensively. Won't last long, but take advantage of raised accuracy. Give it Thunder (high accuracy with ability) to wreak havoc. Bug Buzz is a good STAB. Energy Ball hits Ground/Rock (not to mention the common Water) hard. The final move is your choice. Vanilluxe: The only Pokemon where I don't want you to choose the item. Run a Choice Scarf to help it revenge-kill (found in Castelia City [only if you've traded with 30 people] or Battle Subway). Give this ice-cream cone Blizzard, and Ice Beam. Flash Cannon to take apart the Rock type, and most people run Taunt, but Hail could work (to increase Blizzard's accuracy). Chandelure: Broken. Give it Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Heat Wave, Trick Room. You shouldn't use Swanna or Braviary, but I'll show Braviary: Sheer Force ability. Superpower, Brave Bird, Crush Claw, and Bulk Up works. Bad Pokemon though. If you want EVs told, just add additional details.

What is causing my wrist pain?

For about the past week my wrist has been hurting to bend forward or backward. At first it was just forward but now it's backward too. Putting pressure on it makes it hurt even more. It's not intense pain but it feels like it really needs to crack but I've cracked it many times (even tho it's painful to roll around too) and the pain doesn't go away. Do you think it could be injured? I'm wearing a supportive splint right now (one of those black ones with the velcrow) to keep me from moving it in those painful directions. Should I continue to wear it and will that make it stop hurting? I haven't taken any falls on it recently. Would it be dumb of me to go to the doctor for this since it's not incredibly bad pain?

Sharp pain in upper back on left side?

I wasn't doing much activity today just cleaning and I noticed a pain in my back around my ribs on the left side. so I sat down and when I went to get up it felt like my back tightened up and I had shooting pain. Pokemon Moves help(experts only)?

I would disagree with Scott and keep Waterfall and teach it a Thunder Wave. Once your opponents are paralyzed you just keep on buffing up with Dragon Dance and recover with Left Overs (if you have extras) and then you have a good chance of them flinching with Waterfall or being paralyzed with their status problem. Your Dragonite would seem ok, but he would be better off with Physical attacks, cause he has higher attack then special. Your Infernape would be better off with these moves and a razor claw. Fake Out, Close Combat, U-turn and Flame Wheel or Flare Blitz. Basically you would flinch your opponent with Fake Out (and chance of critical) and then U-turn (and once again chance of critical). Once you run out of pokemon to switch out for, you kill them with remaining moves. Since he doesn't has the best defenses but awesome attack, it won't matter if they go lower cause your opponent will be dead by the chance they even get to strike.

My retainer is hurting?

Hi, I just got my retainer on yesterday. Ive been wearing it, but the bump metal part on the front of my retainer has been digging into my gum. -----U------U----- (pretend that was on my teeth, and one of the bumps is digging into my gum.) It really hurts, but I dont want to take my retainer off. It has already left an imprint in my gum, and i figured out this was because the metal was bent in a certain way that it was digging into my gum. I think I could bend it back with a pair of pliers in the meantime... until my next ortho appt which we just sceduled for in couple of days... help? should i bend it back?

I really think it is a terrific team. Your Bronzong and Shuckle strategy is great, although I don't see why shuckle would need protect. I think you should loose protect for a good physical move. Your skarmory is good, although it should have a physical attack. Again I would loose protect because you would already have used double team once or twice, making it hard to even hit skarmory in the first place. Forget that for steel wing is what I would say. Rampardos is great, because you could probably use a good attacker. Akakazam is also very important for your team, being able to defeat a good one or two pokemon before getting knocked out. Slaking should be your last resort, if you can't defeat a pokemon than you should send out slaking to get it out of your way. In the end I would rate your team 8/10

What happens is I'll turn it on, it'll go the the start-up menu, I'll select the way to start the computer up (I've tried every way to start it), and it'll go to a small loading bar with "Windows" under it, and the bar will not go away and nothing will happen. The bar wil keep moving with the little green sashes but the screen will stay the same. I kept that screen on to see if it would change, and 8 hours later it stayed the same. I haven't tried anything yet so what can I do to fix it? The only info i have about it is that it's an HP brand laptop.

Twisted my Spine too far whille Asleep?

Earlier in the year, i was sleeping and my top half of the body was bending right while my legs were pointed left, and my spine was twisting, usually this happened and i'd wake up fine but one day i twisted it too far while asleep and damaged something. The X-rays came normal but it feels physically different, hurts in that spot, and when i run my fingers the top half of the spine is pointing in a different direction than the bottom half, the vertebrae dont seem aligned. What do i do? They suggested a Chiropractor but i dont trust them with my spine, or even as a permanent solution.

Why do I feel dizzy when I stand up?

What do you think is wrong with my parents dog?

I think my parents dog is having strokes. He will suddenly convulsively tilt his head to one side and the eye on that side will partially close. His body will also bend that way like a bow. He also has balance issues and starts walking sideways. Then he gets up again and is *fine* 5 seconds later. And I mean totally fine, complete with running and jumping and acting completely normal. This has been going on for a few years with maybe one episode a year, but in the last few days it has been happening 10-20 times a day. The vet did give them Diazepam 2mg and told them to give them half a tablet to stop the 'seizures' it's not really doing anything and I don't think that is the problem. My parents won't follow up or get him actually checked out. Any one have any ideas?

Shoulder and upper arm pain?

I have been suffering severe upper arm pain since Feb. of this year and it just gets worse! I have been to the ER and the doctor. My x-rays are clean. I would like to know if anyone out there has had this problem. The pain started in my upper arm right below the shoulder it radiates into the shoulder and into my collar bone. I cannot move it up or down or in or out. As long as my arm is close to my body and bent at the elbow its seems ok, but just sitting here typing on my laptop my arm feels like its coming out of the socket! So I got this dress from Theory and some of you may have seen it before. I'll describe it: its strapless and ends a little above my knees. I may have been molested as a child by my brother. Should I tell family members?

Recently my incredibly weird half brother has been imprisoned (again) and my Father seems to bend over backwards to help him get on his feet. I rencently tore my ACL in soccer, I tore it January 29th and had surgery March 11th. I'm going to a really good physical therapist that incorporates activities like passing the ball and headers and footwork and running and stuff into therapy so i'm not completely away from soccer and i will be doing things that have to do with soccer instead of spending six months not doing anything. I'm just really worried that when I get back to soccer I won't be as good as I once was. Has anyone had to deal with this injury? How did you cope? The tendons can be freed up but are difficult to do so you should find one that works with them to help you out. The medical field doesn't get into them at all so they won't be of any help.

hi, try and imagine this... i live in an old school, that's been converted into flats, my flat has a large sash window which stretches right up through the ceiling in my living room up into my bedroom to the windowsill, which is just over a meter high from the bedroom floor, and covering the gap is a single large pane o glass which if you are sitting on the windowsill in the living room you can knock on the glass. the other day as i was opening the blinds they fell of the fixings. the only way i can think of to put them back up is to get 2 tall people to stand on the living room windowsill, in-between the 2 panes of glass and try place them back on there fittings but this can be pretty dangerous as im on the 2nd floor in the building and only have single glazing. there must be another way, how would they have got them up in the first place as they definitely didn't come with the property when it was converted. please help me! xx

How does my weight lifting routine?

Everyone being different all I can do is give pointers. Your workout looks good. I went for being ripped and cut and found that keeping the weight lower than I can max worked better for me. I'm 6ft around 175 and less than 5% body fat. For cardio I went more for individual sports like cycling, handball, tennis... Seemed to get better results. Leaner muscle mass proved to be good as I got older, lower weights and more reps is easier to maintain after injuries. Looks like you got a good plan. Go with more dumbells and you'll see a more symetrical build.

Replacing cracked thermal pane glass?

Double hung Pella wood window approx 13 yrs old. Was installing a window ac and was screwing in a bracket on the side to hold the window down and you guessed it, the screw was too close to the glass and too long and CRACK goes the inside window pane. Trying to figure how to remove the whole glass insert to replace. The window tilts in and all I see on the outside is metal overlay over the sash. Does the entire sash have to be replaced or is there a way to take apart the sash.

Is my wrist fractured?

Hey, so about 2 weeks ago I fell on my wrist playing basketball and the next morning it hurt a lot due to some swelling. Then the day after the pain went down a bit. I kept icing it and putting Bengay on it. Then the next few days after my wrist started getting a lot better and I could play basketball but still with some pain. Now my wrist is almost fully healed and I can put some pressure on it, but still hurts a little when I bend it a certain way. What I'm worried about is did my wrist get fractured and the bones heal the wrong way? I mean is it even possible for the bones to heal that fast. Maybe I'm just really paranoid. How can you tell if your bones healed the wrong way? Thanks.

Well, my brother got mad at me for calling him stupid so he took my computers tower and tossed it down 3 story stair well at my apartment. But when i plugged it worked. The CD drive fell out and the cover completely fell off. I saw something in a magazine where the maid of honor wore a dress in the same style and color scheme as the other bridesmaids but with a print instead of a solid color. What do you think of this idea? My color is red and I am having a black and white reception with red accents. For example, the cake will be white with a black design and red roses as a topper. We were thinking of having her dress as a black and white print with maybe a red sash. What do you think?

Runescape: Willow, Oak, or Yews?

I am wc 90, but i have a problem. Willow, is currently what i am still cutting because it is fast and easy to get. I havent cut oak in a long time. I cant use yews because with the yews i can get at (Im not a Member), I only get like 7 logs an hour. Which one should i use, or any other suggestions? Would help out alot!

What's wrong with me?

I feel like I'm going crazy and don't know if I've got OCD or just anxiety or even both. I get so worked up and worry what everyone is thinking about me all the time and when there's stress in my job I feel like I can't breathe and the only way through it is to cut myself. I used to be a cutter when I was 14/15 but got therapy for a few months and stopped cutting until last year after I turned 20. Now I'm cutting on a more frequent basis because I feel like I'm not good enough and can't control these negative thoughts in my mind all the time. I'm also not sure if I have OCD or not...whenever I go driving I get home and have to turn around and re-drive the same route over and over to make sure I made no mistakes on the way. If I make the smallest mistake I have to go back and re drive over where I made it as a way to make up for it. Like if I drive over the same route again it's going to be okay. Today it should have taken me 5 minutes to get home, instead it took me almost an hour because I kept redriving over and over where I had been the first time to make sure I hadn't slipped up. Whenever I lock the doors of the house I have to check them atleast 3 times and then I walk away and have to walk back and check just one more time. I turn my hair straigtener off and it plays on my mind until I've checked so much that it's off...to the point where I unplug it and then have to physically touch the plug to make sure I'm not just imagining that it is unplugged. With my car you can see the lights are off from the outside of the car but I always have to actually get back into my car and touch the settings to make sure for real that they are off, not just by looking at them. I have to have my magazines and books absolutely flat and in a particular order all the time, I can't stand it when someone slightly bends the cover of something or rearranges them....Ahh what is wrong with me?

Building A Pokemon Team!?

I believe your team is very strong but i think Arceus should hold a plate and instead of substitute it must have the move Judgement. That way you will be able to change the type of your move depending on what enemy you are about to face. Also you must give an item that boosts special Defense (something to hold or Zinc) to Mewtwo so Defense Deoxys won't be that weak when you use Guard Swap!!! Also your Party MUST HAVE a Mortal Pokemon (I mean NOT legendary) like Gallade. It's Speedy and with high Attack and Special Attack and its grass moves might prove useful. That's MY opinion. Please don't comment (At least not in a bad way). OK?

That is a perfect team, but you have a lot of dragon types. Take out Druddigon for Scolipede. I have a good move set with it. The ability should be poison point, item rocky helmet, moves: Steam roller for flinching, venoshock for double damage on a poisoned pokemon, iron defense, and baton pass. the other pokemon's HP will decrease rapidly by the damage of poison and the rocky helmet. It is a pretty fast pokemon so you could give your defense stats to Krookodile. Make Krookodile's item to be a dragon fang and Hydreigon should learn flame thrower for ice types. Get rid of dragon rush. He is more in to the special attack power. Its item should be a charcoal for fire types moves or a silk scarf for hyper voice to knock out pokemon in triple battles.

If you are using a Chinese Kung Fu Broadsword, can you make contact with another blade?

I practice Tien Shan Pai Kung Fu, and I am currently a green sash. My Sifu told me I'll be taking my test in a few weeks for my blue sash, and I think that is where I will start using the broadsword. (wooden of course) If not, I start when I earn the sash after the next. (purple) So, was the chinese broadsword used to just "slice and dice" or could it make contact with another blade? Could my Sifu and I do drills with it? Like we do with short-staffs ? By the design of it, it doesn't look like it should. It looks like it was just made to "slice and dice". I think the straight swords can be used to make contact.

My rat drags her back legs?

My rat is 2 years and 8 months old, so she's quite old, however she's still quite perky and eats and drinks well. It could just be that it's been too dry and it needs more water as willow like lots of water. Otherwise if watering doesn't help it could be some kind of disease. In which case cut it back to have minimum strain on the plant and encourage new growth and hopefully it may recover.

Well Hydreigon isn't that defensive (assuming you'll evolve the Dieno). The Dieno you're breeding seems more like a revenge killer/special sweeper. In this case, most revenge killers/special sweepers (fast sweepers in general) don't have that great of defenses, but yeah it might be able to survive, but you should expect a lot of damage to be taken.

Do you think I would regret it if I wore a royal blue wedding dress?

I am getting married this year. We are paying for the whole wedding and I was going to pay for my dress. My mom, however, has stated that she would like to pay for it. I accepted and she then stated that since she was paying for it she wanted to shop with me. I was going to shop by myself and surprise everyone. But we went together and she freaked out when she heard my plan to have my dress dyed a royal blue. I wear blue all the time, actually I am never without blue. I thought about just doing a sash but when I went shopping for the first time I realized how truly awful I look in ivory, white, etc. I look like a pillar, it's not attractive and its HORRIBLE with my skin tone.
