Using MCMAP in the USMC?

So if I talk to a recruiter about signing up how could I get into the mcmap program? Step by step. I have. Brown belt in jiu jitsu, a brown in judo, black in Kenpo, and I also carry a black sash. Would this help direct me? Thanks in advance.
