What is the small fry package called when you order from McDonald's?

okay, so me and a few people on my bus were wondering, what is it called? it's like a thin paper bag... but it's not really a bag. it's not a pocket and it's not a sash.... so what would it be called? hopefully someone can answer this, we have been wondering about this for about a month now...
