Were can I get this dress?

I saw it a jc penny's it was one size to small it was strapless; black chest area; pink sash belt thing an the bottom was white with soft flower things; if you know of any dresses similar tell wer please! And a link if you have one :) thanks you soooooooo much in advanced!
